THE OVAL

Around 1 acre in size, depths from 3ft-6ft average 4ft.

Beautiful small intimate lake with lots of features including a long island running the length of the lake, lily pads, reed beds, deep holes, gravel spots and two separate constant inlets of water. The make up of the bottom is mainly clay, with a few gravel patches dotted around.

There are 2 double pegs on this lake.

Each peg comes with its own log burner, weigh station, binbag and rubber mallet. Firewood and bait are available to purchase onsite.

Can accommodate up to 4 anglers using 2 rods. 

​

This lake is one of our newer water's, it was dug in 2020 and has been stocked half with old english carp from on site and half with 20 c4 stockies from Frontline Fish which fit in perfectly with our originals.

​

The stock is 50:50 commons and mirrors. There are around 40 beautiful English carp from 10-18lb, plus a couple of bigger surprises.

​

The Oval will be one of our easier waters, there are no carp over 20lb as of yet but it will not be long before they get there.
