CHARLIE’S LAKE

Around 1.5 acre in size, depths from 3ft-15ft average 10ft.

Beautiful intimate lake with lots of features including some amazing margins, a small island in the middle of the lake, lily pads, reed beds, steep drop-offs, over-hanging trees and a constant inlet of water. The make up of the bottom is mainly clay, with a few gravel and silt patches dotted around.

There are 3x double pegs and a toilet.

​

Each peg comes with its own log burner, weigh station, binbag and rubber mallet. Firewood and bait are available to purchase onsite.

​

Can accommodate up to 4 anglers using 3 rods each or 6 anglers using 2 rods each. 

80 plus beautiful English carp up to 33lb.

Will be many new 30lb fish coming through 2025 and may even a 40lbr

No Perch fishing at all. Anyone caught doing so will be asked to leave without a refund and banned for life from the fishery.

Charlie’s Lake is a dedicated specimen water and not a ‘runs water’. Fishing can be challenging but there are amazing rewards in the lake
